In line with the directions of the Omani Investment Authority to review and evaluate the Mina Al Sultan Qaboos Waterfront Project, OMRAN Group will undertake the responsibility of redeveloping this strategic tourism project into a world-class mixed-use tourist attraction.
This flagship national project aligns with OMRAN Group’s mandate in creating unique destinations and experiences that contribute to economic diversification and socio-economic development of the country, in line with Oman Vision 2040 and the National Tourism Strategy.
The multi-use tourism project will ensure compliance with the considerations set by the Omani Investment Authority, most notably the added value to be achieved and the privacy of the port site and its historical and architectural heritage.
