Brief	Omran is seeking to appoint a qualified contractor to carry out the following work: Survey and marking out of the site recording existing conditions as base line. Concept, schematic, detail design of steel framework or containerized information and visitor center including toilets & F&B space at Ras Ash Shajar Reserve. Mark and develop designated Safari Route development of animal watering holes (3 points) Construction of entrance gate/archway, road welcome Production of signage and way finding signage within the reserve. Installation of information and new warning signs boards. Develop biking trails. Electric buggy parking and charging area (EV – Chargers) For more details will be found as part of the Tender Documents
