TOMOHI SIYAHI
It is an umbrella that includes several programmes to support the tourism sector in Oman. It aims to provide direct and indirect job opportunities in the tourism and hospitality sector. In addition, enhancing the in-country value added for human resource development, through various programmes and initiatives.

Najm
A training for employment programme aimed at developing national cadres’ skills to work in the tourism sector. The programme will train 300 job seekers for six months before assigning them to work in various group hotels and resorts across governorates. They will provide tourism guidance services and everything related to the field in their respective governorates.
Tadreeb
This programme was designed for students who want to train at leading institutions as part of their academic disciplines and educational institutions’ requirements. The training will last two to three months, depending on the requirements of their college or university, and they will receive a certificate from the Group upon completion.
Tamkeen Sahim
OMRAN Group supports the Ministry of Labour’s initiative to train and employ new graduates seeking employment in the tourism industry and other related fields.
Graduate Development Program
As part of OMRAN Group’s development initiative, the Graduate Development Program (GDP ) is intended to employ and equip exceptional young graduates with the experience and skills to inaugurate their careers and contribute to their sustainable development goals in line with Oman Vision 2040.
The Graduate Development Program will enable young professionals prepare for future leadership roles and responsibilities within the organisation, as they will be trained in a wide range of disciplines throughout OMRAN Group’s operations and projects.
Midhyaf Programme
Midhyaf is a highly specialised training for employment programme established by Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group) in partnership with the Ministry of Labour. The programme parallels with the goals of Oman 2040 Vision and the National Tourism Strategy by creating a sustainable platform to increase Omanisation and unlock the potential of Omani talents in the tourism and hospitality sector
