The Group also celebrated the graduation of 19 participants from Masarat, which supports the recruitment and integration of fresh graduates into the workplace, and 7 participants from Eidad, a training initiative designed for university students. In addition, 7 employees were recognised under the Tatweer programme for successfully completing their university degrees while serving within OMRAN Group and its subsidiaries.
