Building Talent for the Sultanate of Oman’s Tourism Future
The tourism sector is a powerful driver of economic growth and job creation. The Sultanate of Oman’s long-term strategy targets the creation of 535,000 jobs in tourism and hospitality, and OMRAN Group plays an essential role in supporting this national objective.
Working closely with the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism and our partners across the sector, we have launched multiple initiatives to enhance In-Country Value (ICV) through skills development and employment opportunities for Omanis.
