The Convention District Development Company (Madinat Al-Irfan) invites qualified agencies to participate for the provision of Communications partner services for Madinat Al Irfan (MAI).

Note: Holders of Riyada cards are exempted from paying the tender fees

The agency should have proven experience in providing communications and PR services for large-scale developments. Experience under call-off or framework contracts is preferred.

All interested bidders are requested to do the following:

2. Deposit Tender Fees (mentioned below) into ’MAI bank account.
3. SME’s, holders of Riyada cards are exempted from paying the tender fees and Tender Bond.
4. Uploaded the payment evidence in the system using the below link and upon approval payment details shared as attachment, after successful approval you can enable to download the Tender document from the system.
