Brief
OMRAN Group invites qualified and experienced contractors to participate in the tender for the Design and Build of Hayl Al Diyar Visitor Center – Jabal Al Akhdar.
The project aims to develop a nature-based tourism destination that enhances the visitor experience at Hayl Al Diyar Cave. The scope includes the design and construction of the visitor center, reception and ticketing facilities, Food and Beverage areas, visitor amenities, administrative facilities, parking, external works, infrastructure, wayfinding, and a pedestrian walkway connecting the visitor center to the cave and cave accessibility and lighting.
