OMRAN Group intends to appoint an independent consultancy firm to conduct investment case validation services for its existing projects and developments, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and robustness of financial models, CAPEX estimates, and investment assumptions to support internal approvals and Final Investment Decisions (FID).
